Policies that are actually about your service, not a generic template with your name on it.

£1,600–£2,500/year
from £1,200/year

Most care providers pay £138/month or more for a generic policy pack — the same policies, with the same wording, used by thousands of other providers. When regulation changes, you get a generic update that might not reflect your service type, your client group, or your way of working. Your policy update agent monitors regulatory changes and produces tracked-changes updates to your actual policy library — personalised to your services, your references, your house style.

What Your Agent Actually Does

Your policy agent monitors regulatory changes and updates your policies with tracked changes — personalised to your service, not copied from a generic pack.

Monitors regulatory and guidance changes

CQC guidance updates, NICE guideline changes, legislation amendments, DHSC publications — your agent watches the sources that matter and identifies what affects your policies. You hear about changes when they happen, not when your policy pack provider gets around to it.

Produces tracked-changes updates

When a policy needs updating, your agent produces a version with tracked changes — showing exactly what's changed and why. Your manager reviews and approves the specific changes, rather than re-reading an entire policy to spot what's different.

Personalised to your service

Your policies reference your service type, your client group, your local authority, your specific procedures. Not "the provider shall" generic boilerplate, but policies that read like someone who works at your service wrote them — because your agent knows your service.

Maintains a policy review schedule

Every policy has a review date. Your agent tracks them all and initiates reviews on schedule — checking whether anything has changed that requires an update, or confirming the policy is still current. No more discovering during inspection that half your policies are overdue for review.

The real numbers.

Generic policy packs are a solved problem from 2010. They gave providers something to put in a folder when CQC asked. But inspectors can tell the difference between a policy that was written for your service and one that was written for every service. And increasingly, they care.

Your agent doesn't write policies from scratch — it maintains the ones you have, keeping them current, personalised, and reviewed on schedule. The result is a policy library that's genuinely yours, not a subscription you pay for out of habit.

Good fit / not a fit.

This works brilliantly for:

  • Care providers currently paying for generic policy subscription services
  • Organisations whose policies haven't been meaningfully reviewed in over a year
  • Providers who've had CQC feedback that policies don't reflect actual practice
  • Any care service where the policy folder is a compliance checkbox rather than a working document

This probably isn't for you if:

  • You have a dedicated compliance officer who maintains and updates policies as their core role
  • Your policies are genuinely bespoke and regularly reviewed — the subscription is just a backup reference
  • You're part of a large group where policies are managed centrally at head office

Handled like the sensitive data it is.

Care records are special category data under UK GDPR, and we treat them that way. Your agent runs on Claude via AWS Bedrock with an EU-only inference profile — meaning prompts and outputs never leave the EU, and are never used to train a model. Protected under Anthropic’s enterprise Business Associate Agreement.

Every run is logged for audit, every output is a draft your registered manager reviews and approves, and your data lives in a tenant isolated from every other customer. We’re working towards NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit Standards Met and Cyber Essentials Plus, and we’ll hand you a pre-filled DPIA template you can drop into your own records.

Need UK-only data residency? We offer an Azure UK South deployment as an enterprise add-on for customers with stricter procurement requirements. Full security details →

Let's talk.

We'll start by looking at your current policy library — how many policies, what format they're in, who maintains them, and what subscription service you're using. Usually a 15-minute conversation.
